Chefs' Masterclass
The Chefs' Master classes will be hosted by Barny Haughton of Bordeaux Quay and will feature South West based chefs, displaying their culinary skills. There will be eleven demonstrations of more than 30 dishes to showcase the diversity and talent represented throughout the west.
