Mark Fairhurst has a passion for wine and enjoys wines from around the world. He has been working with Chilean wines promoting the wines of Concha y Toro since 2001 and with Cono Sur wines since 2006. Mark has the Wine and Spirit Education Trust Diploma qualification and now also works for them Marking essays for those sitting the exams today.
Mark will guide you through a range of wines from Cono Sur explaining why the wines taste the way they do and introduce to the varied regions that make Chile a wine makers Paradise.
Each seated tutored tasting involves sampling six wines over the course of 40 mins, Mark will take you on a voyage of wine discovery.
