Cinzia Long and James MacNay of Rare and Organic will be hosting this tasting, their successful company imports quality organic wines and speciality foods direct from the best authentic producers. Their wine portfolio of which we will be tasting six specially selected wines, are limited production high quality versions of classic and unusual varieties, predominately Italian.
Organic wines are made from grapes grown in harmony with nature and without the use of pesticides, fungicides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers.
Organic wines have a cleaner taste, enhanced fruit aromas and unique flavours unmasked by the chemical dependency which is a feature of non-organic wines.
This tasting will allow you to try some of the best organic wine producers in Europe, lead by two of the leading specialist importers of organic wine today.
