Stuart Seth trained with Barny Haughton in Bristol for 8 years before travelling and cooking his way around the world for 2 years. He now runs a busy Spanish Tapas restaurant in Clifton called Ocean Cafe.
For anyone who has had the good fortune to visit this cafe, you will experience an extremely high level of cooking that is an inspired modern contemporary fusion of Spanish and Portuguese cuisines, with a hint of Morocco breaking through.
Stuart's understanding of Tapas has built him a deserved reputation as one of the new up and coming chefs to watch on the Bristol restaurant scene.
